Teresa Cäcilia Ramming studied musicology, German literary studies, and comparative literature at Universität Zürich. From 2012 to 2017, she was a semester assistant to Laurenz Lütteken at the Musikwissenschaftliches Institut, Universität Zürich. In the spring of 2015, she held an internship at the editorial office of BR-Klassik. She writes texts for concert programs at various institutions. Her interdisciplinary master’s thesis Die Musik in Simone de Prodenzanis »Il Saporetto« was awarded the Semesterpreis of Universität Zürich. Since January 2018, she has been working as an intern within the framework of the Lübeck model at Zentrum für Kulturwissenschaft Lübeck (ZKFL) and as a doctoral student (Das Brahms-Bild Max Kalbecks, advisor Wolfgang Sandberger) at the Brahms-Institut, Musikhochschule Lübeck.
